Why we do it…
Owners of small to medium sized businesses do not usually have a natural exit available to them when the time comes for them to release their capital and retire or move on. Many business owners have spent years growing their businesses, building cash and assets within them that they cannot extract without creating a large personal tax bill.
Conversely, many younger businesses and business owners cannot get the finance they need to grow yet have all the energy and enthusiasm of the young, dynamic entrepreneur.
