What size company are we looking for?

Turnover of £1 million and up, although happy to explore companies below this.

Which sectors do we prefer?

Engineering, Transport, and Manufacturing. These are our dominant sectors, but we are not exclusive to these.

What about the people?

Whilst having a management team already in place is preferable, it is not essential. We have access to industry-specific partners as well as our own Shilling Support team to handle trading post-completion and handover.
